Positive: A characterful hotel in unusual buildings in a quiet area of old Keyseri. Very friendly and helpful staff. Big room. Good breakfast.

Negative: There were problems with the wifi when we first arrived.

Negative: While the rooms are non-smoking, the property is not smoke-free. Cigarette smoke is apparent in the rooms in the evening, which is unpleasant.

Positive: I like everything about this hotel. From the moment they picked me and my family up from the airport, even after our flight was delayed by three hours, we reach Keysari past midnight, the experience has been wonderful. The rooms are really good, the overall look and feel of the hotel is impressive, and the breakfast was excellent, especially the authentic local dishes. But what truly makes this hotel outstanding is the staff. My special thanks to Çağkan and Duygu for their exceptional customer service. They made our stay memorable. Highly recommended, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Negative: Nothing at all, everything was genuinely good from start to finish.

Positive: I like the cleanliness of the room, decors, the neighboring building were in the same style and reminded me of Kaleichi area in Antalya. It was warm and comfortable in the room, I had complimentary upgrade and and my other special request was accepted as well. I had help with luggage. The building seems new or at least recently renovated. Taxi to airport 400 turkish liras or bus №100 is 30 turkish liras. I would come back to this hotel in the future

Positive: Nice hotel. In quiet location (except for the music at a restaurant/club next door, which the reception warned us about at check in--it was not that bad actually, because we go to bed late). Room was average size, bed comfortable. Had to leave early, so staff fixed us a breakfast to go.

Negative: Kind of away from shopping.
